My deepest condolence to Mrs. Harvey, my former coworker Dennis, and the entire family. It was a great pleasure working with Bill (and Dennis) here at the National Agricultural Statistics Service in the Forms Processing Group. I’ll miss the wisdom he shared with me, as well as his humor, and the witty songs he would thoughtfully compose for each person’s birthday, etc. I pray the Lord encircles you and the family with His Loving Arms and Angels, to comfort you during this difficult time.

Bill worked with me at Veterans Affairs. He was always good for a corny joke to make the day a little brighter. He talked about his wife and boys, you could tell he was devoted to being a good father and a good husband those same efforts were displayed at work.
