He was preceded in death by his parents Richard J. Pound and Patricia A. Arrow(Rice).
Dear brother and brother in law to David(Colene) Pound, Rich Pound, Dan(Brenda) Pound and Debbie(Rich) Kemper.
He was a loving uncle, great uncle, cousin, nephew and friend. He will be greatly missed.
Bill was a St. Louis Blues Hockey fan.
Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
