Bill was a very dear man with whom I enjoyed many conversations, from deeply spiritual to simply laughing together, during my time at Webster Groves Presbyterian Church. I am honored to have him call me his friend, and the feeling is mutual.

Bill was one of the nicest people we have known. He was always so kind and receptive to others. He was always interested in anything we had to say and offered so much of his knowledge, memories and experiences. He was deeply spiritual and we will miss him very much. Sincerely, Jul and Judy Hoehl July 21, 2019

Sorry to learn about Mr. Longstreet. We just saw the obit today. He lived down the hall from my late father-in-law at NFNH.
Enjoyed my short hellos and visits with him.

I worked at Ranch Roy-L for approximately three years. Some great times.

    Our thoughts and prayers!

Bill was very active at Webster Groves Presbyterian Church, as an usher and as a Stephens ministry leader. In fact he and other leaders trained a bunch of new Stephen’s ministers, and I was fortunate enough to be one of them. Bill was thoughtful, deep, spiritual, philosophical and funny on occasion. I was blessed to know him and enjoyed our friendship.

On this anniversary of his death – it brought such comfort to read the comments here. Thank you! As I continued to reflect on his life, especially over this last year, I am reminded of his faith, strength and love. Miss you Dad.
