William J Prater, 41, transitioned at 11:22 PM on 7/13/2016 into the arms of Christ our Lord and Savior. He was born on 07/06/1975 in Chicago, Illinois to Cindi F Schroeder & Clyde S Prater.
Beloved son of Clyde S Prater and Cindi F Schroeder. Loving brother to Elizabeth A Prater. Loving Uncle to Samantha Prater, Ashley Hunt, Alexis Hunt & Billie Hunt.
He enjoyed Karaoke for a few years around the St Louis Missouri area where he lived. He later was the famed Zombill of Vaping reviewer on YouTube and internet TV shows. He loved what he was doing.
He suffered with Lymphedema for many years and now is at peace, with Christ our Lord and Savior
We are never prepared for the loss of a loved one,

He will be missed by many. He was a big part of my life for years. Bill while you are dancing in the clouds, find your ex step daughter you always wanted to meet and tell her mommy loves her. Until we meet again….
I’m definitely gonna miss you uncle. You were there for me through the years of my life. I’m sorry I wasn’t there enough for you as much as we both would’ve liked. But I’ll always remember you how you would want me to. Happy and free. I can’t wait to see you again. You should’ve had more time than you had on this earth but sometimes it’s for the best. God always takes the good ones and leaves the bad ones. You shouldn’t have been taken away from me. You should’ve seen me when I grew up, have my own business, have kids, get married, you should’ve been able to be there with me and dad. I’m really gonna miss you. Wish I can say more but I can’t. I love you bud!

My heart crumbled when I heard Billy had passed away! He is, and will always be Zombill to this great vaping community!! He was a great friend, and a great guy all around whom was so passionate in what he believed in. Soar high my friend. Untill we meet again.?

What great guy to hang out with, I am gonna miss you. I will see you again my brother, walk easily till we meet again.
On February 2012 I became friends with a wonderful caring man. He wanted us to all work together so he created “Bridge the Gap” That was his baby. He wanted all to be friends in one way or another.
This man had a huge heart full of love and kindness. He would not stop to help his family or friends no matter what was going on in his life.
I spoke many times will William AKA Zombill And he had lots of words of wisdom and love.
Bill you will be greatly missed and never forgotten. You no longer are in pain but now free from pain.
Fly high my friend, Brother. I will never forget you and will always love you.

I will always remember coming to St.Louis to visit and no matter where he was he would always come to his mom’s to see me and he would always have the biggest smile and he would just hug me so tight I thought I’d break into lol! He never knew a stranger and was always so forgiving of others no matter the circumstances. Bill, you will be missed and you will always have a special place in my hart!
