Viola Ann Collet

Viola Ann Collet moved her home in St. Louis, MO to be reunited with her Heavenly Father on May 22, 2017. The Father started her journey on this Earth on September 16, 1943 through her Mother Gladys V. Louis (deceased) and Willard R. Reese (deceased). Her mother later married Lawrence R. Louis (deceased) and added her brother Raymond F. Louis, now of Atlanta, GA and his partner Charles Hankinson. Through Viola’s first marriage to Robert R. Metcalf, she was given a daughter, Louise Yvonne Pucel who resides in Blue Eyes, Missouri with her husband Larry.

Viola later married Phillip Triem and was blessed with another daughter, Stephanie Ann Winterbauer, who now lives with her spouse Marc Cripe in St. Louis, MO and a son Andrew Louis Triem, who was lost to a car accident in 1993. Further on, Viola married Edward Eugene Collet (deceased) adding her last daughter, Stormie Lynn Collet, who resides in Eldon, MO with her spouse Harold Gortney.

Viola spent her working years at Jefferson Tent and Awning as a fabric cutter. Her pleasures were found in her grandchildren and great grandchildren, working in her yard, books, puzzles and movies. She was blessed through her daughter Stephanie with 2 grand-daughters; Tabitha Ann Lesser and husband Jimmy who gave her 2 great-grandsons Kennon and Embrey and a great-granddaughter Reaghan. Sabrina Simpson then gave birth to Riker. Later, her daughter Stormie gave her the pleasure of another granddaughter Tawnie Leeann Woolwright, who then blessed her with another great-grandson, Gage Andrew. Stormie also blessed her with another granddaughter Hailey Marisa.

Viola experienced a full life of love, family and friends that she was surrounded by right up to the last breath she took on Earth.

Also mourning her loss are her dear friends and neighbors, Pepper (James) Wilson and Chris Accardi, who always helped, aided and spent countless hours in her company.

We will most aggrievedly miss our beloved Mother, Sister and Friend, by all that were blessed to have her touch their lives.

Services: There will be a “Celebration of Life” announced when the family has firmed up the details.
