Steven Shorley
Steven Charles Shorley passed away suddenly on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 8:30 pm.
Steve is the son of the late Marlin Dale Shorley, Sr. and the late Beatrice Maurine Shorley. He was preceded in death by his brother Brian Keith Shorley. He is the brother of Marlin and Julie Shorley, Don Shorley, Paul and Linda Shorley, Sandra Sue Shorley, Rich and Pam Teson and Tracy Shorley; uncle to Sara, Brian, Jonathan, Eric, Joshua, Anna, Lauren, Cliff, Jennifer, Kelsey and Garrett; loving Father to Andy and Angela Shorley, Howard and Elizabeth George, Stephanie Shaughnessy, Jose and Melissa Ramos and Michelle Shorley; and beloved Grandfather of Presley, Henry, Shaughnessy, Caleb, Nora, Rylan, Rachel and Sophia.
Steve had a distinguished 35 year carreer as a tax accountant, building significant relationships with a vast number of clients and partners, many of whom consider him a close friend. However, his greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Steve will be deeply missed by family and friends alike. They take great comfort and confidence in knowing that his faith in Jesus Christ will allow them the opportunity to worship with him again.
Steve was a very loyal and talented accountant that we had the pleasure of working with for many years. He will be missed. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.
