Ruth Fernandez
Ruth Louise Fernandez (Shackelford), age 88, passed on into Heaven on Sunday, March 4th, 2018 in the comfort of her home in St. Louis County.
She was greeted by her husband, Herbert J. Fernandez, and is survived by her children Steven Fernandez, Brad Fernandez and Maureen Klapp. She was a loving grandmother to Steven Fernandez, Noelle Witte, Max Klapp, Brittany Fernandez and Courtni Nichols. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Dylan Witte, Landon Witte, Isla Fernandez and Aubree Francosky.
A private funeral will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Humane Society in honor of her beloved dog, Brandy Fernandez, at the request of the deceased.
