I was greatly saddened to hear of Nicholas Onders passing.
He was always kind and generous and he was a great kid growing up. We always had fun throwing the football or baseball at a Family BBQ or wherever we were. He loved sports especially baseball and he did love the Cardinals always sporting a Cardinal hat and a Jersey.
Nicholas also loved to go deer hunting out here in Bourbon. I thoroughly enjoyed youth hunting with Michael and Nicholas and my brother. I looked forward to that every year.
Nicholas also loved Table Rock Lake.
I think it was his favorite vacation spot. I’ll never forget Nick and everyone used to water ski and Tube all day long and they never wanted to quit.

Nicholas grew up and turned out to be a great guy always friendly he would always greet me and Shake my hand.
He was loved by many and he will be missed by everyone.
My condolences go out to my brother Dan and my sister in law Holly and also to the rest of my family.
I want you to know that I love you guys and will always be there for you if you ever need me.

We were so sad to learn of Nick’s passing–what a personable and kind young man he was growing up. Will always remember his great smile (so much like his Dad’s!) and his love for the Cardinals. Wish there was something we could say to make this pain go away–we love you.

We would like to extend our condolences to Nick’s family and friends. We have known Nick for the past 15 years and watched him grow up next door to us. Even in his typical boy years Nick was always respectful and went out of his way to give us a smile, wave and always said HI. If he knew we had something going on like our daughter’s wedding, graduation or vacation he would always check in and say congrats or how did things go. He was a good kid. I know he would be proud of the decision made by his family to donate his organs cuz that’s how he was a good, caring kid. Nick you will be missed.
