Beloved husband of the late Patsy Ann Terry; leaving behind his loving partner, Judy Mercer; dear father of Debbie (Larry), Joyce (William), Vicky (George), and Beth (Lucas); dear grandfather of Andrea,Mitchell, Hannah, Holly, Gabe, Devin, Jordan, Collin, Sameera, Nyomi, Vanessa, Evie, and Emilee; dear brother of Susie, Judy, Roger, Barbara and the late Davie.
Deepest sympathy and love to Joe’s daughters and their families and his siblings and their families. He was so loving and caring and will be missed terribly by all of us.
