O’Shea, Howard Arthur

Entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 31st, 2019.  Beloved husband of Marilyn O’Shea (nee Baker).  Loving father of Christine, David (Maria) and Jennifer (Rob).  Dear Grandfather of Jacob Schulz. Our dearest Brother, Brother in Law, Uncle, Cousin and Friend to many.

Howard enjoyed spending time in his garage fixing cars and lawn mowers, playing cards and having a cold Busch Beer with guests who frequented on any given day.

Later in life he enjoyed being at home on his couch watching westerns with his beloved dog George by his side.


A celebration of life will be held at the VFW Post 223,

215 Military Rd, St. Louis MO.  63125.

On February 23 from 1pm to 5pm.

    Johnny and I are sad and very sorry for your loss. Howard was a hoot! We were all blessed to have known him. Our family has personally known him for 18 years, he was a great neighbor friend! Anytime we had a problem with a mower or needed a tool we knew where to go.     Marilyn, we are so sorry to hear that you have lost your Howard. He was the clean-up hitter on our Men’s Fast-Pitch softball team that won the Metro St. Louis Championship in 1971 and he could destroy a softball when he connected. Howard was a great all-alround guy and he will be sadly missed.
