Gary Harold Weeks
The world lost a great man on Sunday, May 3, 2015. Gary passed peacefully at his home, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Deeply loved husband of Dawn (White) Weeks for 25 years. Dear son of the late Harold and Virginia Weeks, brother to Gayle (Frank) Phelps, dear brother-in-law to Dianna White, and countless friends that were considered family. He was also the best buddy to Harley.
Everyone that knew Gary, knew his “real love” was golf and a good cigar! Gary was a long time member of Old Hickory Golf Club in St. Peters, where he made many deep and lasting friendships, and it is there that a celebration of Gary’s life will be held on Monday, May 11th at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Gary’s name may be made to The American Cancer Society or the Missouri Humane Society.
Dawn, I was so sorry to hear about Gary. No one knows better than you that he fought the fight as long as he could. My prayer and wish for you is,that as you recall the good times and the funny times, these things will start filling the huge hole that you have right now. Please know that Gary is watching over you with peace and love. Love you!
