Connie E. Kleinhans

Connie Kleinhans was born on December 4, 1960, in St Louis, MO, died June 21, 2015 in St. Louis, MO. Loving wife of Donald Kleinhans.

Connie lived a full life with many experiences. Growing up she showed her talents in being an artist and a phenomenal ice skater winning many trophies. She was extremely independent which was proven throughout her career path. With a strong will and a natural knack she didn’t stop, she climbed the ladder accomplishing district manager in the restaurant chain, to becoming an owner of her own business. Connie knew how to make things happen.

Connie loved to travel and see what the world had to offer. Connie was one of the most giving souls, always going above and beyond making sure everyone was taken care of.

Connie was a beautiful wife to her husband Don Kleinhans whom she referred to as her “soul mate”. She was also a caring Aunt to her nephews Jonathan, Jacob and Joey whom she loved very much. She was a fun-filled gram to all of her grandchildren. She loved to spoil all the kids in her life. She was the fun coordinator whether it was taking them on vacations or taking them to in town attractions, She loved to be out and about breathing in life. Her energy was unstoppable, but she also knew how to relax and revive by taking bubble baths, and decorating her colorful beautiful garden. She had a love for her dogs and they were even spoiled. Connie loved to watch birds feeding from the bird feeders and bird baths while drinking her morning coffee.

Connie’s strength was with her until the very end. Even in her illness she still conquered each day living it to the fullest. She was as strong as steel even until the very end.

Connie knew God and believed in Jesus Christ. She was content knowing her time was approaching to be with our heavenly father. She is preceded in death by her sister Jackie Varnon.

Connie is survived by her beloved husband Donald Kleinhans; parents Don and Judy Brown; sister Vikki Gowen (Rick) ; brother Matt Varnon (Abby); loving nieces and nephews Johnathan Varnon , Jacob Varnon , Joey Varnon , Jasmine Scott , Daniel Lamotte , Jesse Lamotte , Kelly Gowen , Jessica Jones;

    I wish I could have gotten to know her better. The family is all just about passed away these days.
