Alda Mae Candido, age 95, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2019.

Alda Mae was born on June 6, 1923, in St. Louis, MO. to Otto and Lydia Schaid. She was a loving sister to Christine (Bill) Fesler. Alda Mae is survived by her children, Ron Candido, Toni (Malcolm) Clark; her grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Candido, Scott (Tara) Lippert, Gregg (Brandy) Lippert, Jill (Paul) Dierker; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Luke, Ava, Brady, Grayson and Nash.

Alda Mae worked as an accountant until she was 87. She was a smart, strong, motivated woman who wasn’t afraid to tell you how to do things – her way. She was immediately loved and admired by anyone who crossed her path. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

Services: Everyone is welcome to join the family at the funeral service and her celebration of life gathering. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 30th at Sunset Memorial Park and Mausoleum (10180 Gravois Road; Affton, St. Louis County, Missouri, 63123) at the gravesite at 11am. Please meet at the Chapel closest to Schnucks by 10:45am. After the funeral service we will celebrate her life at Gregg and Brandy Lippert’s home, please contact Jill for address (314-799-7802).
