Gary passed away peacefully in St. Louis, surrounded by his friends and family, on November 15th, 2009.
He was born to parents Timothy Long Sr. and Judy Long (deceased) on July 3, 1962. He is survived by his children Christine Clinger and David (Jessica) Long, his brothers Timothy Long Jr. and Richard (Lee) Long, his sisters Linda A. Long and Sherry (Mark) Berkenmeier, his grandson Aden, his longtime partner Tom Tucker, good friend Loretta Priesier, and his aunts, uncles, cousins, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and friends. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Gary was in the U.S. Armed Forces from 1981 until 1992 when he was honorably discharged.
Services: Wednesday, November 25th, 2009 at 2:30 PM at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, with full military honors.
