Frank R. Barton

Frank Richard Barton was born on May 18, 1926 in Endicott, New York to the late Preston and Ruth Barton (nee Johnson).

Frank found his faith in the Jehovah’s Witnesses and was baptized in 1941. He served as a pioneer for one and a half years and was called to Bethal for one year. His wife, the late Ruth Barton also served alongside him since 1970.

Frank had six siblings; Chester, Charles, Doris, Dorothy, Dan and Lester who have all passed on. He also bore two children, Bruce Barton who preceded him in death and his daughter Terri Bacon who survives him and currently resides in the Farmington, MO area. He was also grandfather to Parrish, Amber, Chris, Rachel, Ryan and Danielle.

In his free time, Frank enjoyed working on his computer.

Frank passed away peacefully in the early hours of the morning on Thursday, February 26, 2015.

    Dear Terri and Barton Family,
    I am saddened to learn of Frank’s passing. I enjoyed my too few visits and conversations with him after Ruth passed away. He will be missed by those who knew him.
